    Ecotherapy and life coaching are practices applied in all employers to improve the well-being and efficiency of employees. These practices can help create a healthy and balanced work environment. Ecotherapy refers to a therapeutic practice that combines contact and connection with nature and the environment as a means of psychological relief and recovery of well-being. Ecotherapy promotes sensitivity to the natural environment, enhances emotional connection with nature, and encourages its use as a source of well-being and rejuvenation. Lifestyle Coaching focuses on improving the physical fitness and general health of employees through counselling and support to reduce work-related stress and improve their efficiency in the workplace.

    Ecotherapy can play an important role in relieving work stress by helping employees find a natural way to relieve work stress in the natural environment. The ability to interact with nature to enhance healing and growth. The goal of the training program is to provide knowledge and skills to HR departments of companies, as well as employees and employers, on how to use ecotherapy practices to reduce workplace stress, improve employee productivity.

    The module includes the familiarization of the participants with the basic theories of coaching and how they are applied in the workplace.

    The module will cover issues such as connecting with Nature, relieving workplace stress, developing communication skills, increased productivity and Environmental Awareness.

    This module will cover the basic principles of counselling theory and practice, including the Person-Centered Approach, the Therapeutic Relationship, Tolerance: listening and understanding and the Collaborative Approach.

    The module will focus on Case Studies on developing communication skills in the workplace and how employees can develop skills.
