Anthi K. Pournara

    Ms. Anthi K. Pournara holds a Diploma in Environmental Engineering, two MSc degrees in Water Resources Project Management and Waste Management with many years of experience in consulting, environmental management and innovation. She is a PhD candidate (PhD.c) in Sustainable Blue Economy, continuing her research activities. She has published articles in scientific journals, contributing to the development of the field.

    As a freelancer, she offers specialized consulting services to companies and organizations on circular economy, waste management and sustainability projects. While she is a licensed energy auditor by the Ministry of Environment and Energy. At the same time, she is active as Innovation Project Manager at the Research Centre EPISEI of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). She has experience in project management in the Ministry of Development and Investment and provides training at the Department of Maritime Studies of the University of Piraeus, where she covers courses such as “Marine Pollution”, “Marine Ecology”, “Blue Development-Integrated Coastal Zone Management” and “Technological Efficiency of Ships”. She has also taught at the Public IEK of Ampelokipi in subjects such as “Materials Engineering” and “Occupational Safety”.

    With deep expertise and extensive practical experience in areas such as marine pollution, marine ecology, blue growth and ship technology efficiency, Anthi K. Pournara combines theoretical knowledge with practical solutions for sustainable development and innovation.
