Constantinos Panayiotou is an Officer at the Research and Planning Directorate of the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA) since January 2008.
He has a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics and a M.Sc. in Statistics from the University of Cyprus and a Post-graduate diploma on Public Administration from the Mediterranean Institute of Management (Cyprus). He has extensive experience on skills and labour market research, including employment and skills forecasts, labour market analysis and green economy and employment effects. He was an alternate member for Cyprus at the ESCO working group and participated in EU co-funded projects under the Build Up Skills initiative.
