
Dr. Nicolas Jarraud is currently a Senior Technical Specialist at the Global Water Partnership, which is an international organisation dedicated to sustainable water resource management. Previously, he was Assistant-Vice President at the Cyprus Institute, where he was responsible for international relations, having previously spent several years coordinating their solar energy projects. He also has 10 years of environmental peacebuilding with UNDP in Cyprus as well as SeeD (a bi-communal think tank which he helped to create), and was involved in the creation of the Cyprus branch of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network, which is dedicated to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. Dr. Jarraud has a PhD in environmental biology and an MSc in Science Communication from Imperial College, London.
