Evgenios Evgeniou is a seasoned executive and certified board member with over 25 years of leadership experience. He currently serves as Chairman of Invest Cyprus and of the Cerberus Capital Cyprus companies and serves on the board of a financial services group.
He is also Chairman of Nicosia for Art, the home of the Nicosia Municipal Theatre and the Nicosia Festival, as well as Chairman of the ICAEW Cyprus Strategy Advisory Group and a member of the ICAEW Corporate Governance Committee. He has previously served on the Council of the University of Cyprus.
Evgenios was Chairman and CEO of PwC Cyprus (2012-2021), where he led the firm through a decade of economic and geopolitical challenges, driving commercial success, technological transformation, and positive social impact and he was also a member of the PwC’s EMEA Leadership Team (2017-2021), representing 15 European territories.
Evgenios holds a BEng (Hons) from Imperial College London and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA). He earned an MA in International Affairs (Strategic Studies) from King’s College London in 2024, the Certificate in Corporate Governance from INSEAD in 2023 (having completed the International Directors Programme), and in 2025 completed the MIT Sloan program on Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy.
