Madeline Schneider is Associate Director at Guidehouse and Director of Operations of the PCAF Secretariat with strong expertise in the field of sustainable finance and energy efficiency in buildings. Madeline advises banks and investors in designing, implementing and reporting of sustainability strategies and actions on their transition towards net-zero emissions. A particular focus lies on greenhouse gas emissions accounting and emission reduction strategies for commercial real estate and mortgage portfolios. She is familiar managing projects both in the private and public sector in the European Union as well as in developing and emerging economies. Madeline is a certified Expert in Climate and Renewable Energy Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
