Melina Pyrgou

Melina Pyrgou has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 1992.
She worked initially as an associate at three firms and thereafter became partner. She then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as Director of Legal Services, and in 2008 established Pyrgou Vakis Law firm.

Melina studied law and sociology at the University of Keele in the United Kingdom.
She was then called to the Bar of England and Wales and the Cyprus Bar. After earning a scholarship from the Swiss Confederation, she expanded her expertise by studying environmental law at the University of Geneva for a year. Melina is fluent in Greek, English and French.
